City & Guilds Electrical Inspection & Testing
City & Guilds 2392-10
Who will benefit?
All engineers, not electrically qualified, who need to ensure that repaired or dismantled systems are electrically sound, safe and legal in that systems are properly inspected tested and verified before they are put into service.
Candidates must be over the age of 18.
What will be gained?
Sufficient skills, knowledge and techniques to:
- carry out an Initial Inspection and Verification
- check and prove instruments for safety and function
- test electrical systems
- fault find on electrical circuits
- check polarity of circuits
- complete an Electrical Installation Certificate
- complete the Schedule of Inspections
How will it be tested?
By both comprehensive practical and 50 question on-line assessment.
Fee includes:
Course materials, lunch and refreshments
Note this qualification does NOT have an expiry date!
