Ellis Training has a long and proud history of offering Bespoke training.
Individually tailored to company needs, these programmes are often carried out on-site so that people are trained on the equipment that they will actually be working on.
With over 20 years experience of developing such training John Ellis is ideally placed to carry out ‘training needs analysis’ for all types of training requirements, for all types of staff.
Once training needs have been identified, training and assessment packages can be devised and delivered. Pre-training and post-training assessments are integral parts of these ‘Bespoke’ packages enabling the client to monitor success and staff development, thereby ensuring that a measured return is available on the investment that is staff training.
Previous Bespoke packages have varied from operator training on industrial Ammonia food production sites, through energy efficiency improvements on a variety of sites to phasing out and ‘managing the phase-out’ of Ozone Depleting Refrigerants at all levels.
