Apprentice Training
Why do a Technical certificate or NVQ course at Ellis Training Works?
Because:
-We are committed to high quality training, in small groups (normally 12)
-We have highly qualified / experienced staff who are dedicated to the learning process.
-While we expect our students to pass their exams, we do not train them just to pass exams, we teach them everything they need to know about the BASIC PRINCIPLES so that when it comes to exams they shouldn’t have a problem. But most importantly they should be able to APPLY THEIR KNOWLEDGE AT WORK making them not only ‘qualified’ but technically proficient engineers.
-We do not do day release or evening classes, preferring BLOCK RELEASE because students get a really concentrated period of learning without ‘breaks’ to slow down the process.
