Ozzy may give the impression of not pulling his weight around the place but he is in fact a tenacious meeter and greeter who takes his guard duties very seriously (when he’s not having a power nap!) He has a deep seated understanding of the world of split air conditioning and brazing but prefers to let his owners take the limelight and think they’re in charge!
