Help For Heroes
20th year Celebrations
To celebrate our 20th Anniversary year Ellis Training Works have decided to support Help for Heroes and have made them our Charity of the Year (COTY).
This is a charity that is very near to our hearts with John Ellis, Mike Pinch and John Edwards all ex-army ‘Fridge Mechs’.
John Ellis often says that he went in to the Army with no real life skills or knowledge but came out 10 years later with sufficient skills and knowledge to earn a living in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry, for which he will be eternally grateful.
While a lot of guys who leave the Army are similarly blessed, the injured could do with as much assistance as possible. Help for Heroes actively provides that assistance, and Ellis Training will be doing as much as possible to support them and do our ‘bit for the troops’.
We will be holding events and fundraising throughout the year and will use this page to keep people informed of our activities.
