Ben joined Ellis Training Works in 2009 following nine years with a major manufacturer in the air conditioning industry.  During this time he undertook a number of technical courses including City and Guilds 2079 and 2081. He has an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma in Industrial Studies.
